Women's Gymnastics 2-Day Skills Clinics
2-day camp for girls will give the student an overview in gymnastics. Experience fun cardio warmups, skill instruction on all olympic apparatus', strength and flexibility evaluations, group games, obstacle courses and more! A show-off demonstration for parents and camp awards will happen at the end of camp. Students will surely have fun while learning some basic gymnastics skills and laying a foundation to build on. There is no pre-requisite of classes prior to the camp, this camp is for all skill levels, beginner to advanced.
Ages 6 to 18. Schedule is Thursday & Friday 9am-12 pm
Men's Gymnastics 2-Day Skills Clinics
2-day camp for boys will give the student an overview in gymnastics. Experience fun cardio warmups, skill instruction on all olympic apparatus', strength and flexibility evaluations, group games, obstacle courses and more! A show-off demonstration for parents and camp awards will happen at the end of camp. Students will surely have fun while learning some basic gymnastics skills and laying a foundation to build on for future classes should you choose to sign up for them.
There is no pre-requisite of classes prior to the camp, this camp is for all skill levels, beginner to advanced.

NinjaKidz 2-Day Clinics
Come and learn the ways of the Ninja! Fashioned after the sport from the famous show, students will run obstacle courses, work on strength training, agility training, learn new tricks and work on making their way up the warped wall! Students will surely have fun in this action-packed clinic while learning some basic skills and laying a foundation to build on.
Schedule is Thursday and Friday, 9 am to 12 pm • Ages 6-9 & 10 to 18
