Celebrating 40 Years in the Community

For 40 years The Rock Multiplex has been a valuable asset to this community and is proud to serve the folks in Parker County. The Rock's mission is to use high quality instruction to teach life skills and God’s love to the youth of the community through education, sports, and performing arts.

A short history: The Rock Multiplex started out as "Weatherford Gymnastics" and then moved to a new location in Weatherford and opened up as "Petra". Petra means "The Rock" and being close to a Petro Truck Stop, Tina (the owner) decided to change the name to "The Rock of Sports and Performing Arts" to encompass more programs like dance in addition to gymnastics. As The Rock has grown over the years and moved into Hudson Oaks, it is now changing it's name one more time to The Rock Multiplex.

The Rock Multiplex is Girls & Boys gymnastics, Tumbling & Trampoline, Ninja, Preschool gymnastics, Acrobatics & Tumbling, Dance, The Rock Academy (1st-12th grade), our Early Childhood Academy (Lambs 3 yrs to Kinder), and our After School Care program called Club Summit. We also have Summer Camps, Birthday parties and various skills clinics throughout the year.

Just recently The Rock became a part of the Parker County Chamber and celebrated those 40 years with a ribbon cutting! We are proud to be a part of this community and look forward to serving Parker County for many more years to come!
